When I first met Debra Wylde I was the General Manager of a clothing importer from China selling to Australia.
After completing Debra’s Business Development course there was a healthy territorial growth to seven countries over a period of two years.
Today, I am a Director and CEO of the whole Group exporting today to over 50 countries.
In addition, a separate company had been established in China of 49 Retail Clothing Shops with plans to open an additional 500 stores over the next 3 years with an ultimate target to be listed on the China Stock market.

The consequence of living and working from spirit is that everything falls into place – there is no separation between your business, health and relationships. This is a universal law that I invite you to recognise and experience for yourself. The way can only be sign-posted, it is up to each of us to walk the path. Why a $1 Million Target?
By engaging in this project you are agreeing to setting yourself a $1 million turnover within a period of time and experience a scale of success that up until now perhaps you have thought belonged in the realms of other people.
The reason for this target is actually not very much to do with money in and of itself. The target is set at $1 million so that it creates a ‘heartfelt’ tension, something for you to strive for that you absolutely desire. OmmProject Reality TV
To show you ‘how’ its done, we have 9 participants enrolled in a RealityTV show taking their businesses to a $1 million turnover in a 12 month period or less.
You will see our participants right from very beginning. Looking as they came to the project – without polish. The purpose of this grass roots start-up is to inspire you to “Just Get Started”. Whether you think you are too fat, too thin, wrong colour, no business cards, no website, no money etc.

Each week you can tune into this website and engage in the truly courageous journey that our participants have signed for applying the learning’s to your own business and/or career.

About us
Debra is the Executive Producer of the OmmProject, an Australian based productions company specialising in humanity living and working from heart. Debra is an internationally accredited Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming -NLP, metaphysical and spiritual expert. OmmProject is committed to the realisation of human potential and spirit via the development and implementation of a Global Business Mind gathering over 1,000,000 members and producing an internet based RealityTV show and movie/documentary alongside the mastermind showing people in ‘Realtime’ the journey from $0 to a $1Million within a 12 – 15 month period.
Debra has spent the last twenty years specialising in the areas of human development and behavioural sciences with both children and adults. In the pursuit of knowledge and experience to maintain leading edge methodologies Debra has travelled the world extensively, training in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Europe.
Debra has had the opportunity to work with International Parliamentarians, Diplomats, Fortune 500 and Australia’s Top 50 Companies including, LendLease, National Australia Bank, MLC, NRMA, Rothschilds, BHP, BMW, Federal Airports Commission, Adidas, Turkish Member’s of Parliament, Diplomats and University of Wollongong. She has also worked by request on the Citibank Global Leadership programs with Pecos River, USA.
Debra’s experience and insight developed enormously when she worked as a commissioned freelance photographic journalist across three continents, being published both in Australia and overseas, and as a Senior Instructor with the Australian School of Mountaineering in the Blue Mountains, Australia, climbing Mt Kenya in 1997.
These experiences gave Debra a heightened understanding in the areas of motivation, commitment to challenge and the re-creation and development of leaders in a fast and changing business environment. Debra is passionate and enthusiastic about the work she does and is consistently producing outstanding results in the area of behavioural change and peak performance.
